Camp Terms and Conditions
Firstly, a big thank you for choosing to join us at Earth Kids!
It is vital we are aware in advance of any specific considerations your son or daughter may need. This helps us to staff and plan activities appropriately both for your child and for the others on the camp with us. We reserve the right to cancel a place with immediate effect if needs are undisclosed in advance of the camp running for the safety of your child and all children involved and for the effective running of the camp.
Please email details and any relevant outside agency reports to Chris at earthkidsjersey@gmail.com which will be read and held in the strictest confidence. Chris will then contact you for a discussion to help in our preparations.
If you are unsure in any way as to whether your child's needs can be provided for during a camp, please contact Chris at earthkidsjersey@gmail.com in advance of making a booking.

Please make payment within 5 business days to confirm your child's place.

Any booked spaces that remain unpaid after 5 days from receipt of this booking request email will be cancelled without notice.
Cancellations
We will refund you if your cancellation is more than 4 weeks prior to the camp start date, less a £15 admin fee. If your cancellation is less than 4 weeks from the start date, we can only refund you if we are able to fill the space from our waiting list.
Camp Logistics
Drop off for registration at the Francis Le Sueur Centre in St Ouen’s Bay is between 08.30 and 09.00, ready for a 09.00 start.

Pick up is at 15.15 sharp - thank you!
We will be in touch two weeks ahead of your camp with some more useful information, including a kit list for the week.
Please label your child’s belongings and if you can, bring everything in a tub or box so belongings don’t get mixed up.
Please provide medication / inhalers (handing them to us on arrival) as well as sufficient lunch, snacks and water for your child each day.
Please ensure no nuts or products containing nuts are bought to the camp.
A polite request not to bring mobile phones. We do not allow any of the children to photograph or video themselves or other Earth Kids due to child protection and privacy necessities. If it is essential for your son or daughter to have a mobile phone on site, please ensure they understand either to leave it in their bag, or to hand it to one of the leaders for safe keeping until the end of the day.
If an urgent message needs to be relayed to your son or daughter during the day, please call or message Chris on the number below - thank you very much for your understanding.
